Jesus is God AND Jesus is the Word of God so if you love Jesus you will love His Word.John 1:1 says "In the beginning was the Word..."John 1:14 says "And the Word became flesh and dwelt among us..."
Hmmm... Who Jesus is to me.... He's the only reason I live out my life. =) Even when I have the wrong motivations... which I often do... He is the overarching Master of all I think, say, and do. Without His forgiveness-eternally AND daily- I would be SO sunk in my failure, and discouragement, that... who knows what I would do? I would have nothing? No possessions, no joy, no resources, no... hope for anything. Everything would be empty and frail. Goodness.. it's so good to say these things to remind myself of Jesus' perfect and supreme rule in my life, and how much I love Him! Thanks for the blog question! =) I'll be back =)
